Services are customized according to the information and requirements provided by the client. Statomatics may decline a project or request that falls outside the agreed scope of work.
3. Payments
Payment terms will be communicated before services begin. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is required before work begins.
All prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified.
The client is responsible for providing accurate billing information and completing payment through the available payment method.
4. Project Scope
The agreed project scope defines the work Statomatics is responsible for completing.
Requests for additional work, features, revisions, or deliverables outside the original scope may require an additional fee or adjustment to the project timeline.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide accurate information, content, files, credentials, instructions, and other materials reasonably required to complete the project.
Statomatics is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or late information provided by the client.
6. Revisions
Where revisions are included with a service, the number and scope of revisions will be determined by the applicable service agreement or project description.
Revisions must remain reasonably related to the original project requirements. Substantial changes to the original scope may be treated as a new service or may incur additional charges.
7. Delivery
Estimated completion or delivery times will depend on the complexity of the project and the client's timely cooperation.
Delivery dates are estimates unless a specific deadline has been expressly agreed upon in writing.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility is subject to Statomatics' Refund Policy.
Once substantial work has been completed, a refund may not be available for the portion of services already performed.
9. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client will receive the rights to the final deliverables specifically created for the client, subject to any third-party materials, software, fonts, stock assets, licenses, or other components that may have separate terms.
Statomatics retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, processes, templates, methodologies, and general know-how.
The client represents that any materials supplied to Statomatics may legally be used for the requested project.
10. Third-Party Services
Some projects may involve third-party software, platforms, applications, hosting providers, APIs, or other services.
Statomatics is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, account restrictions, or failures caused by third-party providers.
11. Accuracy of Information
The client is responsible for reviewing final deliverables and confirming that names, contact information, business information, data, and other supplied content are accurate before use.
Statomatics is not responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate information supplied or approved by the client.
12. Prohibited Use
Clients may not use Statomatics services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activities or for activities that violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
Statomatics reserves the right to refuse or terminate services where reasonably necessary to prevent unlawful or abusive use.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Statomatics will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from the use of our services.
Statomatics' total liability relating to a service will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
14. No Guarantee of Results
Statomatics provides professional services based on the information and requirements supplied by the client. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, we do not guarantee specific business, financial, employment, marketing, sales, or other results.
15. Termination
Either party may request termination of an ongoing project subject to the applicable project agreement.
Statomatics may suspend or terminate services if a client fails to make required payments, repeatedly fails to provide necessary information, or uses the services in violation of these terms.
16. Changes to These Terms
Statomatics may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the website and will apply to services purchased after the effective date of the updated terms.
